The executive organizing body of the World Cup bouldering competition at Log - Dragomer in April of 2012 is the Sports Climbing Club Korenjak.

Umbrella organizations are the International Federation of Sport Climbing (IFSC) and the Sport Climbing Commission of the Alpine Association of Slovenia (PZS): the latter, being a member of the IFSC, serves as a co-ordinating body.

The municipality of Log - Dragomer has taken on the role as patronage of the event as it has already hosted the first Wold Cup bouldering competition in Slovenia in 2011.

The competition will take place at the out-door bouldering wall located in the Sports Park Log, while the isolation zone is planned to be situated at the Primary School Log - Dragomer.
